The return of Uncle Neurotic
Yeah yeah! I know everyone is waiting for my blog entry and I shall make this entry a worthwhile one.
LTB ended but I guess our friendship has ended as well (LOL). Hahahaha..... that used to be my philosophy in the past but not now. Cos I am changed!!! Well by who? Its pretty obvious right! Its all of my LTB team members. Haaa..... dun be smug just because you all changed me because I have a good news to tell you all. I am changing back to my old self again for this upcoming examinations! :p
LTB is really an interesting module when I have wonderful team members like all of you. I enjoyed the learning process and I had picked up alot of soft skills along the way. Lotsa leadership theories as well but I don't think I am going into those theories in details in case everyone of you gets bored. But the practice of shared leadership is very successful in our team compared to the rest. A 5 peopleteam like us can do wonders and better quality work than other teams with 7-8 people, I think all of us here had reached the pinnacle of team performance.

Most importantly, I had made strong bonded and valuable friendships that will last for the next couple of decades. Well theoretically speaking, my social capital had proliferated ALOT! The big chest guy, the "Peter Crouch" and the 2 'bimbs'. I think these 4 people is all I need to make life interesting. Not forgetting Weina as I will be going to Shanghai with her. If i don't make it back in Singapore, you all should know the reasons then.
Well as I am not every emotional and my mind is very clear, I won't go too deep into describing how I feel at the moment. I just hope that everyone of you had learned something useful from me or any other members from the team. Do call out to me if you happen to see me along the street or anywhere on Earth. Please do not hesistate to contact me if you have problems with leadership theories cos I think I mad about it for the moment. LOL.
